Marketing Coordinator

We’re a team of specialized experts, dedicated to first-class customer service and claims assistance. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team, in our Richmond, BC office.

TuGo is privately owned with headquarters in Richmond, BC. We have over 170 employees in offices across Canada.

What you'll do

  • Promptly process Marketing requests, utilize our creative brief process, coordinate and create support tickets as needed.
  • Assist with the coordination of department tasks for projects and business support requests.
  • Liaise with requestors and stakeholders to gather requirements and process information for team members with a keen eye for details.
  • Liaise with other team members to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the development, documentation and maintenance of Marketing’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process improvements.
  • Coordinate print requests and ensure all requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate production and maintenance of corporate swag by working with Marketing leaders.
  • Maintain inventory of Marketing collateral.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as needed: order office supplies and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Verify all Marketing invoices, obtain approval and forward to Accounting.
  • Maintain, renew and order directory listings.
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of department events as needed.
  • Achieve performance targets.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and all other teams.
  • Responsively and effectively handle issues.
  • Look for ways to improve customer experience.
  • Promote and model TuGo culture, values, and brand promise.
  • Continuously build professional and technical expertise.
  • Other duties as required.

What you'll bring

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, and/or related field required
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications and/or related field is an asset
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to articulate thoughts/ideas clearly and with commitment
  • Experience in desktop publishing, email marketing programs, content management systems, and/or customer relationship management software, a strong asset
  • Detailed oriented, and the ability to follow up with tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong team player and positive contributor
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to learn applications quickly
  • Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
