TuGo Enlists Engine Digital to Evolve Digital Customer Engagement Model

(Vancouver, BC, Mar 15, 2019) - TuGo, one of Canada's top travel insurance providers, has selected Engine Digital to lead the evolution of its digital customer engagement model.

TuGo is a Platinum Club member of Canada’s Best Managed Companies. As part of the future vision for the organization, TuGo is exploring a new and improved customer engagement model to better appeal to tomorrow’s traveller.

To lead this effort, TuGo chose Engine Digital, a digital consultancy that helps organizations define their digital roadmap, deploy new and improved digital products and experiences, and scale their business through data and optimization.

Engine Digital will help TuGo develop their customer engagement model through research, customer journey mapping, and digital experience planning to address both current traveller and distributor partner needs, to drive TuGo’s vision.

Most recently, Engine Digital helped luxury travel brand Rocky Mountaineer identify new ways to engage customers across its end-to-end customer journey. That relationship continues with an action plan of projects in the works. The agency’s expertise in the financial services sector includes working with Mastercard, Goldman Sachs, Fiserv, Western Union, Bluestone Life, and Coast Capital Savings, across a variety of digital product and platform engagements.
