Customer Operations Coordinator

We’re a team of specialized experts, dedicated to first-class customer service and claims assistance. We’re looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join this team, in our Richmond, BC office.

TuGo is privately owned with headquarters in Richmond, BC. We have over 170 employees in offices across Canada.

What you'll do

  • Act as the point person for the business development team operational tasks including filing reports, sharing regular reports.
  • Create and send communication to the business development team and other internal teams.
  • Analyze operational information and processes, proactively identify, recommend and implement improvements, and document all SOP and other changes in appropriate places.
  • Create business development related SOPs and SLAs.
  • Gather and document input and feedback from the business development team regarding specific projects and share this with other teams.
  • Achieve performance targets.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and all other teams.
  • Responsively and effectively handle issues.
  • Look for ways to improve customer experience.
  • Promote and model TuGo culture, values, and brand promise.
  • Continuously build professional and technical expertise.
  • Other duties as required.

What you'll bring

  • Degree or diploma in business or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of progressive office administrative experience
  • Experience using database programs as well as strong Excel skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the project management process
  • A passion for efficiency, details, and documentation
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and diverse priorities
  • Ability to build peer support and develop strong relationships
  • Leadership skills a strong asset
  • Negotiation skills a strong asset
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong team player and positive contributor
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to learn applications quickly
  • Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Able to consistently live our values of being purposeful, achievement-oriented, cohesive, evolutionary and treating others as you want to be treated
  • A strong customer experience focus
